Kinetic Building Solutions did a fantastic job on our siding & roof. The free estimate was great, but the fact that they offer 3-D renderings of your home to see different color combos and material choices as part of the estimate makes a huge difference. It makes things so much easier being able to see the final outcome up front. Communication was great, and they were very efficient.

My husband and I could not be happier with KBS. We recently purchased our home and needed a new roof as there were leaks and damages. We contacted KBs and received prompt service as well as some of the best pricing we have seen. They were more than fair and professional in all of their interactions and there was even a mix-up on our project and they bent over backwards to remedy the issue. Five stars plus for KBS.

These guys went above and beyond!! Super professional, and kept everything clean while working. The windows required extra work that wasn’t forseen ahead of time and they didn’t bat an eye. They also beat the price of 2 other competitors. 100% recommend!

KBS came out and put a roof on our house after the insurance company told us we needed to replace it to continue coverage. They were able to come out for our estimate within a few days and had the roof done the following week (from start to finish only took them a week!)

Kinetic Building Solutions came out to provide us with a free estimate for our roof after a storm caused some pretty serious damage. I had a few other companies come out to provide estimates, but the salesman from Kinetic, Mike, took the time to actually go up on our roof, take a ton of photos, and actually helped me navigate the insurance process. Once the claim was approved and deposit was paid they had a crew at our home within 3 days (the roof only took them 7 hours to complete!)

After shopping around with all the local window companies, we finally decided to sign with Kinetic Building Solutions. Their pricing was transparent and fair, and the windows they sold us (Climate Solutions, made right in Chicago!) were fantastic! Wife loved the quality of the fit and finish and I couldn't have been happier with the pricing. Matt (our salesman) walked us through the entire process and made us feel very comfortable with the investment into our home. We will absolutely use Kinetic Building Solutions again when we are ready to do our entry & patio door.
